Ingredients
- 1 pound baby spinach or baby kale (or other greens), washed, drained, and dried
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup Diablo Verde Creamy Cilantro Sauce
- 1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Combine baby spinach or kale and the other vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- Gently toss with Diablo Verde Creamy Cilantro Sauce and avocado.
- Top with sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
